Competitive Advantage Training Program

What is Competitive Advantage?

In a sport as individual as archery, the best advantage is a strong community of support. Competitive Advantage offers support from coaches, peers, and family. Selected archers will meet weekly to train in a more focused and competitive environment. Each session will feature multiple coaches and topics that range from goal setting to advanced equipment tuning.

Compound archers will meet on Monday from 6pm to 8pm

Recurve archers will meet on Tuesday from 6pm to 8pm

Adults will meet on Wednesday from 6pm to 8pm

Is Competitive Advantage the program for you?

Competitive Advantage takes a commitment from all parties: archers, parents, and coaches. Competitive Advantage strives to excel and promote the growth of the individual as a person and competitor. The program is geared towards athletes that want to be competitive on the state and national level. Some travel is required.

Minimum qualifying 18m FITA score is required as space is limited.

Compound: 250

Recurve: 225

Barebow: 200

Archers under the age of 12 must be able to shoot these scores at 9m to be considered.

If you question if the Competitive Advantage program would be a good fit for you or your child, please contact your JOAD coach.
