Adult Archery

Sometimes you just want to be with grown-ups!

We get it. We all need a break from the usual.

Whatever reason you are looking for an escape to do something fun, it is ok with us. We invite you to join a great community of adults who enjoy getting out of the house and love the break from the routine that archery brings. It's challenging individually and rewarding as your mastery increases. These classes offer multiple levels of instruction each week. This way both beginners and longtime members of our program feel like they will get the opportunity to grow.

As part of our continuing pursuit of making every program we offer better, we are now pleased to also offer our Adult Archery Development Program (21+) as a new feature to the Adult only session.

Now archers who are apart of this program can also participate* in our pins and achievement programming. We believe that this will help set additional goals for each participant to pursue.

No experience is required and we provide all the equipment. That is right! For no extra charge, we will supply everything you need to get started. We have different experience levels participants and will offer different educational components at times throughout the session period.

Our range requires that all participants wear a closed toe shoe. Sandals and Flip flops which do not enclose the toe are not permitted for participants. Spectators are welcome to wear these types of shoes.

What is the USA Archery Membership?

Like most sports of today, Archery is governed by a national organization. We are members of USA Archery and are fully sanctioned and certified to teach the Olympic style shooting technique.

For this particular program, there is an optional  "Adult" level membership. This membership has an annual cost of $60. This allows you to participate in our pins and achievement programs as well as most archery events in the United States. Having a USA Archery Membership provides you with individual insurance policies. Please refer to USA Archery for more details.

What types of bows do you use?

We offer the options of both compound and recurve bows. We have no preference which type of archery you choose to pursue. We believe that this is a unique choice that only you can make. Many of our coaches shoot both styles.

What is Adult Archery Development Program (AADP)?

The Adult Archery Development Program (AADP) is a logical “next step” for adult archers pursuing this lifetime sport.

What does the Adult Archery Program offer the archer? In addition to receiving clear instruction and coaching via our National Training System, membership in an archery program provides unique benefits to adults, including the opportunity to make new friends, a great upper-body workout, the chance to build self-confidence and learn team-building skills. Through our system of rewarding excellence, archers have the opportunity to earn awards for their scores, which become progressively more challenging to achieve as the archer’s skill level increases.
